this has to be the most enjoyable moment I've ever had with my creation. When you know how much love and effort you've laboured into a cake, it was a bit sad to be apart from it and suddenly you realized that now it belongs to someone else, not you. (Never thot i would feel this way towards a non-living thing but hey, they are my artwork ok?). Huhu.. that's ok. Seeing how happy Rosnah and her daughter were really made my day :-)
Rosnah booked for this cake a week before Eid. This was our special Death by Choc cake, layered and frosted with heavenly rich choc ganache. This cake weighed more than 2kg after I've done the decorating part.
